I think this kinda depends. Here's what I mean:

Okay. There's a serial killer. He's finally been caught. He's sentenced to death. In jail, he gets talk to by some Christians. They pray with him and read the Bible with him. He decides that's he's really sorry for what he did and asks for forgiveness. He keeps talking to the Christians, and he also talks to other inmates about Jesus. He lives a better life until his execution date. If that were the case, I think he'd go to Heaven.

There's a serial killer on the loose. He's killed a number of people. He finds another victim and goes to kill him or her. In the process, his victim takes his weapon and turns it around on the killer. He quickly asks, "I'm sorry. Forgive me." The victim kills him. Do you think he really meant it? He probably didn't. In that case, I think he'd go to Hell.

There could be many situations. But it really all just depends on what happens and how.

well i think if he truely wants it in his heart heaven def, i meen look at the dude on the cross that was dien for what he rightfully deserved n jesus still took him, i meen the whole ask and ye shall recieve is a pretty big part lol

For once I have to agree with you there Paul... but Chris has a good idea too. I have mixed feelings on this one.
